We measure whether our Google Ads campaigns lead to sign-ups and enquiries. These cookies are set by Google only after you choose “Accept All”. If you choose “Essential Only”, or make no choice at all, none of them are set.

The Google tag loads on every page, but it starts with analytics and advertising storage set to denied. In that state it sets no cookies and stores no identifier on your device; it sends only an anonymous, cookieless signal that a page was viewed. If you choose “Accept All”, that setting is updated to granted and the cookies listed in 3.3 and 3.4 are then set. If you choose “Essential Only”, it stays denied for as long as that choice stands.
This is Google’s Consent Mode, and we use it so that declining tracking genuinely prevents storage on your device rather than relying on us to withhold the tag.
