About PICMS

Service area. PICMS is a UK-built ISO compliance platform serving SMEs and ISO consultants across the United Kingdom. Customer data is hosted in AWS eu-west-2 (London) under UK GDPR. No customer data leaves the UK without an explicit, customer-approved transfer impact assessment.

Built by an auditor. PICMS is designed by an IRCA Registered Principal Auditor with first-hand UK certification body experience. The platform reflects how auditors actually evaluate management systems — not how product teams imagine they do.

Hours and language. Customer support and sales operate Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 UK time, excluding UK bank holidays. All correspondence in en-GB. Outside these hours, raise a ticket in-app or via the inbox above; we'll respond the next business day.
