How much does ISO compliance software cost in the UK?
PICMS publishes every tier: Essentials is £149/month for one ISO standard and five users, Professional is £449/month for up to three standards and fifteen users, and Certification is £899/month for up to five standards and thirty users. Industry packs start at £89/month. Enterprise is quoted per organisation and has no published figure.
Does PICMS charge per user?
No. Each plan includes a set number of users and there is no per-seat charge on top. On the consultant Partner Programme the whole team is included regardless of size, because a consultancy buys a client book rather than seats.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on the core plans, and no minimum term on the monthly plans. You can start on any tier and move between them as the number of standards you run changes.
What does an ISO consultant pay?
The Partner Programme starts at £1,549/month covering one to thirty client organisations, banded upwards from there by client-book size. White-label branding with your own domain is an add-on at £350/month. Every band includes unlimited team users.
Do you charge for auditors who need to see the evidence?
No. Auditors and certification bodies you invite to view evidence do not count against your user allowance and are not billed.
