The White-Label add-on (£350/month on top of Consultant Starter) gives you a custom domain (e.g. compliance.yourconsultancy.co.uk), your logo on the client-facing dashboard, your support email on outbound notifications, and your colour palette on PDFs and emails. Clients log in to "your" platform; the PICMS brand stays internal to your consultant view. Per-client logo overrides are supported if some clients want their own branding.
Consultant Starter is £599/month and includes a fixed allocation of client workspaces. Beyond that, additional clients cost £150/month each. Pricing is per-workspace, not per-user — adding a junior consultant or associate to your team does not increase your licence cost. The break-even point against billable-hours saved is typically three managed clients; from there each new client engagement is essentially margin.
Yes. Your consultant organisation can add unlimited team members at no per-seat cost. Each team member is assigned per-client access controlled by you, so a junior associate can be scoped to specific client workspaces only. As your practice scales from solo to small-team to multi-associate, you don't re-licence — you just add team members and additional client workspaces as needed.
You can do either.
