The White-Label add-on (£350/month on top of any band) gives you a custom domain (e.g. compliance.yourconsultancy.co.uk), your logo on the client-facing dashboard, your support email on outbound notifications, and your colour palette on PDFs and emails. Clients log in to "your" platform; the PICMS brand stays internal to your consultant view. Per-client logo overrides are supported if some clients want their own branding.
PICMS is priced per client-book, not per user or per organisation. One flat monthly fee covers every client you manage: £1,549/month for 1–30 clients, £2,500 for 31–50, £3,350 for 51–75, £4,150 for 76–100 and £5,100 for 101–150. Above 150 clients we quote individually. The price only changes when you cross into the next band — there is no per-user fee and no per-workspace overage, so adding a junior consultant or associate never increases your licence cost.
Yes. Your consultant organisation can add unlimited team members at no per-seat cost. Each team member is assigned per-client access controlled by you, so a junior associate can be scoped to specific client workspaces only. As your practice scales from solo to small-team to multi-associate, you don't re-licence — you just add team members and additional client workspaces as needed.
You can do either. Most consultancies onboard new client engagements onto PICMS first (where the time savings are largest — fresh ISMS / IMS builds) and migrate existing clients gradually at their renewal points. Existing client document libraries import via drag-and-drop into the PICMS document module; risk registers and audit history import from CSV. There is no forced migration cliff.
