It is a self-assessment based on your answers. It cannot tell you whether you will pass an audit, and we will not pretend it can.
ISO 9001:2026 was published on 16 September 2026. UKAS has set 30 September 2029 as the date by which certification bodies must transition their certified clients. Certification bodies must stop accepting new applications to the 2015 edition after 16 March 2028.
ISO 14001:2026 was published on 15 April 2026. The UKAS transition deadline is 30 April 2029, and certification bodies stop issuing new certificates to the 2015 edition after 31 October 2027.
Your answers are stored so you can reopen your report from its link. If you ask for the report by email we keep your address to send it. We only contact you about your gaps if you tick the separate box. Answers without that box ticked are deleted after 90 days.
